Ensure regulatory docs and oversight; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Mentor and train team members.
Identify risks and implement action plans to protect timelines.
Drive high-quality delivery and strong client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science/health or equivalent; oncology focus.
Proven cross-country clinical lead experience in CRO/Pharma/biotech.
Extensive oncology clinical trial management experience.
Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development.
Willingness for domestic and international travel.
Proficient English communication.
