Clinical Trial Manager / Senior Clinical Trial Manager

📋 Description

• Lead clinical trial planning, conduct, and oversight per protocol and ICH-GCP.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage study budgets and invoicing with PM.
• Develop study documents (clinical plans, ICF templates, CRF forms, trackers, training materials).
• Identify training needs for CRAs/vendors; present at investigator meetings and kick-offs.
• Oversee site feasibility, recruitment strategy, and enrollment risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams; ensure timely feasibility, start-up, enrollment, and close-out.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science/health; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years clinical research with significant monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
• Experience with CTMS, eTMF, CAPA, IP release, and data management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and travel ability.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate cross-functionally.
