Clinical Trial Manager/Senior Clinical Trial Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary clinical point of contact with client
• Collaborate with PM on monthly invoicing and budget variance management
• Develop study-related clinical documents (e.g., clinical plans, ICF templates)
• Identify and develop training needs for CRAs and third-party vendors
• Drive site feasibility process and generate potential site list
• Develop recruitment/retention strategy and monitor enrollment risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science/health or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years clinical research experience with monitoring
• Experience with Radiopharmaceuticals and/or CAR-T studies preferred
• Mastery of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
