Cloud Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of cloud, DevOps, and database reliability engineers across local and
• Own delivery of the Cloud Engineering roadmap: governed EKS platform, disaster recovery, Postgres
• Drive software supply chain security and SDLC hygiene
• Own the Cloud on-call rotation and incident response process
• Improve developer experience through ephemeral environments, faster pipelines, and self-service
• Manage cloud and observability spend with a cost-per-service view

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE
• 2+ years managing engineers at a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization
• Deep AWS expertise across networking, IAM, compute, storage, and cost management
• Strong Kubernetes (EKS) and Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD)
• Practiced CI/CD ownership (GitLab pipelines, Vault)
• Operational credibility: ran production on-call rotation
