Cloud Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers through support cases, remote sessions, and live conversations
• Troubleshoot complex Linux, cloud, networking, storage, virtualization, and container-related issues
• Analyze logs, stack traces, system behavior, and application issues
• Take ownership of assigned support cases
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and regional technical peers
• Develop understanding of Ubuntu development and release lifecycle

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline
• Strong academic record
• Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems
