📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned healthcare customers, building trusted
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support through phone, email, and ticketing systems, triaging
• Troubleshoot SaaS application performance issues and collaborate with senior reliability engineers
• Diagnose customer connectivity and network issues affecting application access, including VPN

🎯 Requirements

• AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate
• 2+ years of Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support experience within healthcare IT environments such as
• Strong understanding of healthcare network infrastructure, security, and technical support
• Working knowledge of Cisco ASA firewalls; familiarity with Fortinet and Palo Alto environments is a
• Understanding of firewall rule configuration, site-to-site VPN fundamentals, and how healthcare
• Experience supporting oncology centers, radiation therapy departments, or similar clinical IT
