📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complex and sensitive claims that fall outside automated handling — the ones
• Handle claims end to end across email, phone, and app for our customers — from first report to
• Investigate and settle claims independently, keeping resolution times tight
• Organize and prioritize your daily caseload so nothing slips and no customer waits longer than they
• Partner with Claims Advocates and your Squad Leader to flag edge cases and help shape how we handle
• Spot patterns in recurring claim types and feed them back to the team to drive smarter processes

🎯 Requirements

• Min. 3+ years of hands-on claims-handling experience
• Fluency in Dutch and English — you'll be switching between both daily
• Wft Basis and Wft Schade is a big plus
• A customer-first mindset: you investigate and resolve, you don't just process
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and you adapt quickly
• Empathy and patience that hold up even when a customer is stressed or frustrated
