CNA/Home Health Aide/Certified Caregiver

📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide household support and companionship to help clients stay independent
• Travel to clients' homes and deliver one-on-one patient care
• Support mobility, range of motion, and transfers
• Report changes to the clinical manager and document care

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year verifiable experience
• Or a CNA/LNA license or AZ State Caregiver certificate
• Will ing to train to become a Home Health Aide
