📋 Description

• Provide hospice home health visits to clients in Berks County
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) in homes and facilities
• Deliver 1:1 patient care with flexible scheduling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Follow PPE and infection prevention protocols
• Promote patient comfort and dignity through compassionate care

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing
• Read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Criminal background check and meet state requirements
• Must have access to reliable transportation
