Complete hospice visits for clients at home in Dauphin, Adams, Cumberland, and York counties.
Serve as part of a multidisciplinary home health care team (home health aide, nursing, palliative care).
Provide 1:1 patient care and flexible scheduling.
Follow infection prevention protocol and maintain PPE supplies.
Support patients to receive required medical care at home.

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience.
Listed on PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
Criminal background check completed.
Meet all state requirements.
