📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care
• Assist with activities of daily living and one-on-one client activities
• Receive training, flexibility, and team support to create a great employee experience
• Serve BAYADA clients in Concord and Kannapolis areas
• Contribute to delivering care at home with compassion and reliability

• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes; reliable transportation may be needed
• Previous home health care experience welcomed but not required; training provided
• Commitment to delivering quality patient care consistent with BAYADA values
