📋 Description

• Drive and achieve collection targets for the assigned territory and portfolio.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection executives and field officers to achieve business
• Monitor team productivity, performance, attendance, and daily collection activities.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates and control
• Review daily and monthly collection MIS and take corrective actions to improve team performance.
• Monitor collection agencies and ensure adherence to defined processes and performance benchmarks.
