Collections Analyst GBS

📋 Description

• Conduct collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Resolve collection issues, discrepancies, and open positions with excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of customer payment statuses, including daily and month-end reports
• Perform customer account reconciliations and distribute periodic account statements
• Provide input on bad debts and write-offs, escalate issues and disputes as necessary
• Ensure full compliance with SGS policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or
• Alternative: High School Diploma with at least three years of certified experience in related roles
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related positions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate Excel, Word), PowerPoint
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems (desirable)
• B2 level, preferably Business English
