Collections Manager

📋 Description

• Build, hire, develop, and lead the personal loan collections organization, including supervisors
• Own the execution and ongoing development of the collections program across delinquency stages
• Manage third-party collection agency relationships, including agency selection, onboarding, volume
• Establish and monitor collections performance through key metrics such as roll rates, cure rates
• Ensure all collections activities comply with FDCPA requirements and applicable state regulations
• Develop, document, and continuously improve collections processes, procedures, and SOPs to support

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consumer lending collections or loan servicing, including at least 3
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party collection agencies and improving agency performance
• Strong knowledge of collections compliance and regulatory requirements, including FDCPA and
• Proven ability to build and scale teams, operational processes, and collections programs in an
• Strong analytical and performance management skills, with the ability to interpret collections
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $98,000–$123,000 USD, with starting compensation determined by
