Commerce Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Upload new products to the catalogue and work through the product backlog
• Revise existing products so listings stay accurate
• Relaunch products from suppliers
• Check and maintain supplier balances
• Handle bulk stock for B2B
• Take operational requests from the Commerce team and keep them moving

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable with Excel or Sheets: able to sort, filter, clean and compare data without help
• Accurate with numbers and fine with repetitive work
• Think and move quickly, and pick up new tools fast
• Willing to learn and grow, and happy to work on-site in Kaunas
• 1-2 years in e-commerce, marketplace or catalogue operations ideally; early career candidates with
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude (nice to have)
