• Own defined commercial territory in the Northeast and build a clear, data-driven strategy to grow
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets through value-based, outcome-focused
• Lead complex sales cycles, engage senior decision makers and articulate how agentic AI and
• Represent UiPath in the market as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and customer stories that
• Work closely with partners and systems integrators to generate opportunities and ensure customers
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to maximize customer value

• Proven experience to actively target, prospect, and close Net New customers
• A competitive track record of demonstrating an acquisition first mindset
• Curious about AI and emerging technology and can explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way
• Strong account planning discipline, take a research-driven approach to your territory, and
• Confident navigating complex customer organizations, building relationships across functions and
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality
