Commercial attorney located in Europe with 5+ years of experience supporting customer and channel
Experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting a broad range of contracts and documents for sales
Support transactions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; may also support other regions.

Qualified lawyer within an EU jurisdiction
Fluent in English; French and/or German helpful
Strong problem-solving skills in fast-moving situations
Experience negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and technology partners
Drafting documents in a commercial, client-focused style
Excellent communication and organizational skills
