📋 Description

• Manage the preparation, review, and administration of a wide range of commercial agreements and
• Support contract negotiations, revisions, and amendments in collaboration with internal
• Provide legal research and administrative support across corporate, commercial, employment, and
• Maintain and organize corporate records, contractual documentation, legal files, and other
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations
• Help streamline contract management processes and maintain consistent documentation practices

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related discipline, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial legal support role, such as Paralegal, Legal
• Hands-on experience reviewing, preparing, and managing commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs
• Good understanding of commercial contract principles, corporate legal processes, and general
• Conversational Mandarin Chinese proficiency, with the ability to communicate comfortably with
• Must be currently based in Canada.
