📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, order forms, DPAs, and related amendments.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security, and RevOps to close deals.
• Advise on data privacy, security, IP, liability in SaaS environments.
• Provide practical, business-focused guidance to close deals with scalable contracting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years drafting and negotiating sales agreements at SaaS/tech firms.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and tech contracting in B2B SaaS.
• Balance risk with business goals in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Strong communication; ability to advise non-legal stakeholders.
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
