• Own Hex's contracts end to end, from enterprise customer deals to the vendors, AI providers and
• Keep the business moving with the everyday agreements too: NDAs, events, sponsorships and marketing
• Help customers say yes with confidence by explaining how Hex handles their data and AI, clearly and
• Find the path to yes, and know where to hold firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed attorney, admitted in at least one US state.
• 7+ years of commercial contracting experience with deep B2B SaaS exposure, whether in-house at a
• You love a good negotiation and have owned complex deals on both sides of the table.
• You know data, privacy, security and AI terms well, and you enjoy explaining them in plain language.
• You're excited about AI and already use it to do your best work.
• You're curious about how products work and love learning new things.
