Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Support all aspects of the company’s commercial legal efforts, reviewing and negotiating customer
• Collaborate with sales, deal desk, ops, procurement, privacy, security, marketing and people to
• Develop and implement commercial legal resources, policies, procedures and contracting workflows.
• Provide business-oriented legal advice on contract terms, deal structures and commercial risks.
• Improve contracting processes and utilize AI contracting tools and CLM workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to own initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-5 years of relevant commercial law experience, in-house at tech company or corporate/tech
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active US bar membership in good standing.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex tech and commercial contracts
• Strong judgment, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Desire to build and improve internal processes and resources; flexible and eager to learn.
