📋 Description

• Work closely with the business to provide strategic guidance and negotiate, draft and review a
• Use AI tools as a regular part of your work, including for drafting, contract review, research, and
• Proactively work to streamline and improve current processes and procedures, such as by creating
• Build and refine AI-enabled workflows and processes that help the legal team and the business work
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships cross-functionally and within the legal team, including
• Escalate issues, as appropriate, to other legal team members and collaboratively share potential

🎯 Requirements

• A J.D. and active membership in at least one state bar
• 2-5 years of combined law firm, government, and/or in-house experience
• Experience (and maybe even a strong fondness for) drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex
• Genuine excitement about using AI to build processes that make our work more efficient, along with
• Comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day work and a commitment to doing so responsibly, including
• Practical business judgment and problem-solving skills to be able to quickly understand the
