Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, order forms, NDAs
• Build AI into legal operations: playbooks, clause libraries, automated intake, self-serve workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Operations) on deals and contracts
• Advise on AI-related legal issues: model terms, training data, customer AI commitments, and
• Ensure compliance with applicable global laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school and active state bar membership in good standing
• 3+ years at law firm or in-house negotiating commercial and technology agreements
• Experience with SaaS systems such as CLM and CRM technology
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts into actionable recommendations
• Comfort with AI-specific legal issues (data protection, IP, training data, vendor model terms) or
