🎯 Requirements

2+ years in commercial contracts, in-house or outside counsel for B2B SaaS.
Strong redlining/negotiating skills; run a deal independently.
Sharp communicator; explain tradeoffs clearly to sales teams.
J.D. required; active bar admission.
Nice-to-have: familiarity with legal ops tooling (CLM, e-signature platforms).
