8+ years experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a technology company
Experience negotiating complex software or SaaS transactions
Background in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto
J.D. or LL.B with active membership in good standing of a U.S. state bar; New York admission preferred
Proficiency in managing competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to create efficiencies within legal workstreams
