📋 Description

• Commercial Contracting: Structure and negotiate SaaS, licenses, and services.
• Operational Excellence: Build templates, playbooks, and workflows.
• Expertise: Knowledge of contract law, IP, privacy, and AI regulatory frameworks.
• Teamwork: Be a team player; collaborate across teams.
• Judgement: Manage risk in hyperscaling business; strategic decisions.
• Collaborate: Work with Sales, Ops, and Agent Development to grow revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-6 years legal experience; mix of large firm and in-house.
• Negotiate complex contracts; SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
• Strong communication; partner with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience with privacy/regulatory frameworks and DPAs.
• Passion for AI; understanding of AI products and LLMs.
