📋 Description

• Support sales with complex transactions globally.
• Structure, review and negotiate contracts for goods, SaaS, services.
• Advise on risk and options in contract negotiations.
• Lead and evolve contracting processes and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, IT.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in-house or equivalent in commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting/negotiating SaaS, IaaS, PaaS.
• JD and bar in good standing (US state).
• Ability to handle high-volume, urgent requests.
• Experience negotiating international agreements.
• Strong process orientation and risk analysis.
