📋 Description

• Provide legal advice to global business partners on transactional matters related to sale of Axon’s
• Structure, review and negotiate contracts for disposition of goods, services and SaaS solutions
• Supervise and review Contracts Managers’ work
• Set and enforce risk levels through approvals and knowledge bank/playbooks
• Lead, support and evolve team processes for Legal contracting support at scale
• Draft, update and maintain template contract language, risk analyses, policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts (in-house
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts
• Experience negotiating SaaS, IaaS and/or PaaS contracts
• Ability to act with urgency on all requests
• Pass-first attitude with desire to learn new topics
• Experience negotiating international agreements
