Commercial Director, Intercontinental, Rheumatology - MEAR, CAN

📋 Description

• Build a comprehensive understanding of assigned LBUs market dynamics, trends, insights.
• Map out all opportunities from business and financial perspective and deliver on cross functional
• Develop clear understanding of Affiliate’s needs and provide support to Affiliate Brand team
• Partner with NPI/commercial leads to develop an annual business plan consistent with AbbVie goals
• Partnering with GCD teams to coordinate early assets touchpoints (e.g TP3, TP4)
• Shaping the Brand/TA P&L ensuring appropriate resource allocation and prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred.
• 5 years Relevant Sales and Marketing experience at director or senior manager level. International
• Relevant therapeutic area experience is preferred.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Strong financial & business acumen.
• Demonstrated success translating corporate business goals into strategic marketing and business
