• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial enablement, sales training, sales
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving outcomes
• Strong consultative, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess business needs, identify performance gaps, and translate complex information into
