Commercial Excellence Manager

📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent projects focused on improving commercial and sales processes
• Maintain architecture, performance, and data governance of business intelligence solutions
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards for orders, sales, backlog, forecast accuracy
• Establish and improve sales, order, and demand forecasting processes
• Lead customer segmentation, account prioritization, and commercial analytics initiatives
• Serve as primary CRM strategy and adoption champion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, marketing, finance, analytics, or another
• Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, and sales reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint
• Experience using AI tools including Microsoft Copilot
