Commercial Excellence Manager

📋 Description

• Partner directly with the Chief Sales Officer to support strategic business initiatives and
• Develop executive-level presentations, customer reviews, annual planning materials, and leadership
• Prepare executive summaries and recommendations to support business decisions
• Manage strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the sales leadership team
• Ensure follow-up and execution against key commercial priorities and action items
• Support the CSO and sales leaders during key customer, broker, distributor, and stakeholder meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5-8 years of sales strategy, commercial excellence, business planning, category management, sales
• Experience supporting senior sales leaders or executive teams preferred
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Retail, or Manufacturing experience strongly
• Experience creating executive presentations and customer-facing business reviews
