Commercial Insurance Senior Account Executive

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day client relationships using a consultative approach, delivering tailored insurance
• Provide guidance and oversight across all aspects of client service, addressing complex coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier representatives through regular
• Independently prepare applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for assigned account
• Negotiate renewal terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with insurance carriers and
• Manage multiline accounts involving sophisticated coverage structures, including retrospective

🎯 Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and relevant product lines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Required Property & Casualty Broker's License.
• Surplus Lines license and/or demonstrated experience managing surplus lines placements and
• CIC, CPCU, or another relevant Property & Casualty designation preferred.
• Strong experience managing middle-market and complex commercial insurance accounts.
