📋 Description

• Advise UK/Europe stakeholders on commercial, legal and regulatory matters.
• Manage legal escalations and disputes from platform operations.
• Review and negotiate tech, marketing, procurement and supplier contracts.
• Monitor UK/EU regulatory developments and implement changes.
• Identify legal risks and mitigation across day-to-day operations.
• Lead legal projects across multiple jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' experience (firm or in-house).
• Fluent in English; other European languages advantageous.
• Generalist with strong commercial and privacy law knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Pragmatic, commercial approach to legal matters.
• Comfortable in international, multicultural environments; proactive.
