📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, due diligences, and indirect
• Serve as a legal advisor for indirect sales channels, partner networks, and strategic commercial
• Lead strategic process improvement initiatives across contract lifecycles, evaluating workflows
• Act as a senior point of contact for complex legal matters in Italy and Spain, partnering closely
• Drive the implementation, optimization, and daily usage of AI-powered contract review, CLM
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials that simplify complex legal

🎯 Requirements

• Law Degree from a European country (Italian legal qualification is a strong advantage)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience handling commercial contract negotiations, indirect channels, and
• Advanced, fluent proficiency in Italian, Spanish, and English (must speak both Italian and Spanish
• Proven ability to identify bottlenecks in contract cycles, design streamlined legal processes, and
• Direct, practical experience implementing, training, or heavily utilizing AI contract review, CLM
• Solid background in European commercial contract law, regulatory frameworks, data protection
