📋 Description

• Advise UK and Europe stakeholders on commercial, legal and regulatory matters.
• Manage escalations and disputes from platform operations; assess risk and solutions.
• Review and negotiate tech, marketing, procurement and supplier contracts.
• Monitor regulatory developments UK/EU; assess impact and implement changes.
• Identify legal risks from day-to-day operations; implement mitigations.
• Assist with legal project management across multiple jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' experience in law firm or in-house.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous but not essential.
• A true generalist with strong knowledge of commercial and privacy laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Pragmatic, commercial approach to legal matters.
• At ease working in international, multicultural environments.
