Commercial Lawyer (Temporary)

📋 Description

• Advise UK/Europe on commercial, legal and regulatory matters.
• Manage legal escalations and disputes from platform operations; assess risk.
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements (technology, marketing, procurement and supplier contracts).
• Monitor UK/EU regulatory developments; assess impact and drive changes.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks from day-to-day operations; implement mitigations.
• Prepare guidance, templates and training to improve legal awareness and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience (law firm or in-house).
• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous but not essential.
• Generalist with strong understanding of commercial and privacy laws; interest in legal tech/AI.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
• Pragmatic and commercial approach to legal matters; adaptable in international environment.
• Ideally experience with fast-growing companies, external advisor or in-house.
