📋 Description

• Advise UK/Europe stakeholders on commercial, legal and regulatory matters.
• Manage legal escalations and disputes from platform operations; assess risk.
• Review and negotiate tech, marketing, procurement and supplier contracts.
• Monitor UK/EU regulatory developments; assess impact and support changes.
• Identify day-to-day legal/regulatory risks; implement mitigation measures.
• Assist with legal project management across jurisdictions.
• Prepare guidance, templates and training to boost legal awareness and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 2+ years' experience in law firm or in-house.
• Fluent in English; European languages are a plus.
• Generalist with strong commercial and privacy law knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Pragmatic, commercial approach to legal matters.
• Comfortable in international, multicultural environments.
• Shows initiative; improves processes and practical problem-solving.
• Interest in legal tech/AI; willing to adopt efficiency tools.
• Experience with fast-growing companies is a plus.
