Commercial Lawyer (Temporary)

📋 Description

• Advise UK/Europe stakeholders on commercial, legal and regulatory matters.
• Manage legal escalations and disputes from platform operations; assess risk.
• Review and negotiate technology, marketing, procurement and supplier contracts.
• Monitor UK/EU regulatory developments; assess impact and implement changes.
• Identify legal/regulatory risks from daily operations; implement mitigations.
• Assist with legal project management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare guidance, templates and training for legal awareness and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience (firm or in-house).
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
• A true generalist with knowledge of commercial and privacy laws.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
• Pragmatic, commercial approach to legal matters.
• Comfortable in international, multicultural environments.
• Shows initiative; improves processes and solutions.
• Interest in legal tech and AI; willing to adopt tools.
• Experience with fast-growing companies, external advisor or in-house.
