Commercial & Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Identify leads and develop prospects to generate a project pipeline
• Maintain pipeline updates and records, assist with weekly commercial reports
• Manage a selected portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Work with Group Marketing to develop business development materials
• Resolve or escalate commercial issues and negotiations
• Support tender processes and develop high-quality proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an accredited contract testing laboratory or related industry preferred
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred
• Hard-working, self-motivated, professional team player
• Confident and effective communicator and relationship builder
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
