📋 Description

• Lead multiple cross-functional Commercial initiatives from initial discovery through
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans in Smartsheet, including milestones, deliverables
• Establish appropriate project governance, meeting cadences, working sessions, and status reporting.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and blockers.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action items, and other project management artifacts as

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, project management, business
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health benefits, insurance, TPA, or other complex regulated
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end process improvement / complex initiatives.
• Experience creating current- and future-state process maps, project plans, and tracking items to
• Experience coordinating and running UAT sessions and developing SOPs / documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate sessions.
