Commercial Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the Commercial Planning Manager with monthly latest estimate data and reporting.
• Maintain planning and reporting across sales, demand, revenue, margins and KPIs.
• Explain performance movements across countries, categories, parcel types and partners.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive tasks.
• Assist budget and forecast cycles by gathering inputs and data cuts.
• Run ad hoc analyses to answer commercial questions for planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in commercial analysis or planning with forecasting.
• Experience using AI tools to support workflows and generate SQL/Python.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets with large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of statistics and causal drivers.
• Comfortable with KPIs like revenue, margin, demand, orders, AOV.
