Commercial Strategy Associate

📋 Description

• Partner with health plan stakeholders to build end-to-end payor relationships
• Build knowledge of insurance market contracting nuances
• Conduct research related to payor workstreams and novel markets
• Collaborate with Finance, GTM, Legal, Compliance, and RCM to maintain contracts
• Streamline go-to-market team processes, workflows, and tools
• Assist with scaling Commercial initiatives to meet Charlie Health needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience; 1-2 years in investment banking/consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects and workstreams
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); SQL and Python a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Proactive self-starter with ownership in fast-paced environments
