Commercialization Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and drive large-scale, strategic product launches to drive high impact across Dr. Squatch's
• Lead and execute launches by gatekeeping the stage gate process, developing cross-functional
• Develop subject matter expertise to become a great partner to all teams throughout the launch
• Proactively develop & identify gaps / blind spots in processes while working with teams to
• Positively motivate and hold teams accountable for hitting their deliverables and deadlines
• Become a leader within the Commercialization function and help to level up our capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-7 years of experience in project management, strategy/management consulting, or product
• Experience with project management systems a plus (Monday, Asana, Jira, etc)
• Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines while staying highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
