Commissioning Senior Manager - Mechanical

📋 Description

• Review Basis of Design (BoD), drawings, specifications, and submittals for commissioning
• Review and collaborate on sequences of operation (SOO) with design and controls teams; ensure
• Development and/or assist with the development and upkeep of the Commissioning Plan (scope
• Define mechanical commissioning schedule aligned with construction and IST milestones; identify
• Develop and/or assist with the development of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 commissioning checklists
• Develop and/or assist in the development of Level 4 and Level 5 commissioning test scripts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of mechanical commissioning experience in mission-critical facilities (data centers
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or
• In lieu of degree, Graduate of applicable Commissioning Technical school or military with relevant
• Proven track record leading functional testing and IST coordination, with strong SCADA/controls/BMS
• Demonstrates the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in high-stakes startup and cutover windows
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with strong
