Comms Strategy & Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Create processes, onboarding resources, and shared playbooks that help the team prioritize, track
• Lead the transformation of the team’s critical administrative engines such as inbound media
• Act as the embedded PgM for complex comms programs (e.g., Stripe Sessions, the Annual Letter) from
• Manage the team’s resourcing and budget management process including contracting, POs, payments
• Build and maintain reporting systems and data dashboards that track communications impact, media

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or an operating role
• Proven systems thinker who can bring clarity to messy workflows or chaotic projects. Naturally look
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt swiftly as
• Highly organized and able to manage several workstreams without losing attention to detail.
• Actively use AI in daily work and experience building automations to eliminate manual drag.
