📋 Description

• Own daily engagement on Reddit, reviews, forums, and DMs.
• Build Alan's community spaces starting with the official subreddit.
• Turn members and creators into advocates; nurture relationships.
• Run community-first moments like AMAs and Q&As to engage advocates.
• Monitor sentiment and surface insights for Product and SEO/GEO teams.
• Feed real member stories into Alan's content engine for output.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication in English & French.
• 1-3 years in community management or credible participation.
• Active in online communities, especially Reddit; understands subreddit culture.
• Exceptional written communication; adapt tone across contexts.
• Data-driven mindset; translate metrics into actionable strategy.
• Hands-on and executional; comfortable with AI tooling; you do the work.
