🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
2+ years of experience with CalAIM populations (homelessness, SMI/SUD, complex needs)
Ability to work in dynamic outdoors environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
