📋 Description

• Own the community experience for MasterClass Executive and Certificates cohorts end to end, from
• Set the community strategy and create the rituals, programming, and connections that turn each
• Serve as the daily voice of the community, facilitating conversations, answering questions
• Manage multiple cohorts simultaneously while monitoring engagement, sentiment, and retention and
• Build and manage community platforms, channels, playbooks, templates, automations, and AI-enabled

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in community management, learner or member experience, customer engagement
• Proven experience building and growing an engaged online community, ideally from an early or
