🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one to two years of property management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software

• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing policies, and basic accounting principles
• College degree or related coursework preferred (not required)
